Dental Bonding for Your Teeth

Tooth bonding or dental bonding uses a special tooth colored resin which is applied to the tooth then hardened using a special light. This bonds the resin to the tooth either to restore it or to improve the appearance of the tooth.  Consult with Dr. Dipika Shah, DDS about the best cosmetic approach for your particular problem.

Dental bonding is an option that can be considered to repair decayed, chipped or cracked teeth, to improve the appearance of discolored teeth, to close spaces between teeth, to make teeth look longer and/or to change the shape of teeth. Little advance preparation is needed for dental bonding. Anesthesia is often not necessary unless the bonding is being used to fill a decayed tooth. At the dental practice of Dr. Dipika Shah, DDS we utilize white fillings that will closely match the color of your tooth.
